Game Structure
- 18+ Division: 9 innings or 3 hours.
- No new inning may begin after 2:50.
- If tied after 9 innings and time remains → Shootout.
- If tied when time expires → Game recorded as a tie.
- Mercy Rule: 15■run lead after 7 innings ends the game.
Lineups (Different from Traditional Baseball)
- Teams may use separate offensive and defensive lineups.
- Teams should bat at least 10 players if available.
- Players may be added to the bottom of the lineup at any time.
- A/B lineup slots are allowed (two players alternating in one spot).
- Once removed from the offensive lineup, a player cannot return as a hitter but may still play defense.
Substitutions
- Unlimited defensive substitutions.
- Pitchers may re-enter to pitch one time, but not in the same inning.
- All offensive changes must be announced to the umpire and opposing team.
- Unannounced offensive substitutions result in an automatic out.
Courtesy Runners
- Automatically allowed for pitchers and catchers.
- Each team may designate two additional players per game who may receive courtesy runners.
- Runner must be the last eligible batted out.
- Mandatory catcher runner with two outs (last batted out runs).
Manager Responsibilities
- Maintain lineup card and announce all substitutions clearly.
- Home team must keep the official scorebook.
- Ensure players move on and off the field quickly to maintain game flow and avoid hitting time limits.
- Track player participation for playoff eligibility.
- Clean out the dugout after every game.
- Absolutely no alcohol or tobacco products may be left at any facility.
- Managers are responsible for ensuring their team leaves the dugout and surrounding area clean.
