On a night when there was a lunar eclipse, snow moon and comet flyby, magic was in the air. The Babe made an appearance at the Babe Birthday Bash & Book Launch held in Wilmington, NC. Babe appeared during Frank Amoroso’s presentation about his new novel, Wopper – How Babe Ruth Lost His Father and Won the 1918 World Series Against the Cubs. While there, Babe explained how he hit the “Called Shot” in the 1932 World Series. At the moment, Volume 1 of the series entitled
