The #2 seeded Northern Lights shut the door on the #6 Flytraps with a dominant 5–0 win to move on in the winners bracket of the double-elimination playoffs.
It was a textbook performance from start to finish, anchored by a brilliant effort from starting pitcher Zack Licursi, who threw a complete game shutout and controlled the game from the first pitch.
